Care Instructions

Disassemble and clean the scooter every 6 months.

Add lubricant to all moving parts.

Wipe with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust.

Do not use industrial cleaners/solvents as they may damage surfaces.

Do not use alcohol/alcohol-based cleaners as they may dissolve/damage some components or soften decals/decal adhesives.

Returned item = poor service

Poor customer service. Got a returned scooter that the clip was not secure on. No warranty since Walmart resold it, don’t care but “I guess we could give you a discount from our site” to get a new one that is double the price compared to Walmart who started the whole issue. It was simple, I just needed to swap out my faulty front axle frame and clip for a new or even used one I don’t care. I get told I can pay both ways to get it to the service team, or take it back to Walmart (not an option according to Walmart)

Horrible first impression, can’t say I will try a new one just cause of the lack of service.

Great cruising scooter.

Our 9 year old loves his Kruzer 200, great non-slip grips, good size deck and brake, great look and loves the larger wheels for smooth riding. Many variations in height adjustments which is great.

Slight movement in handle bars to deck when folded out but assume this is fine?

Disappointed

I got this through Walmart for my son’s bday. For some reason it came in a dozen pieces, I usually have no problem putting things together but this was a whole different story. The instructions were TERRIBLE. I couldn’t screw the handlebars on correctly or tight enough. The piece that connects the handlebars to the bottom piece, I even used a pliers to grip the tools to tighten it & my son picked it up & of course the handle bars fell off. It’s now in my garage sitting there & my son who’s 11 is extremely disappointed. And shout out to Walmart who won’t return or exchange it either.
