Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

- Free Delivery to certain metro areas within Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide as set out by our carrier for orders over $100.

- Orders Under $100 a $20 flat fee applies

- All other areas a flat $20 fee is applied

We utilise StarTrack to send our freight. 

Our carrier does not deliver to PO boxes, please provide a full address at checkout otherwise a re delivery fee may apply.

Ticking the box for "authority to leave" the goods requires a safe place to do so. If not, the goods won't be delivered and a card will be left explaining where to pick them up from. Examples of properties that may not have a good place to leave the parcel include addresses with high foot traffic, apartments that aren’t accessible and locations with pets or no protection from the weather.

For re delivery of goods a re delivery fee may be charged.

Our items are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse. Freight can take 2-7 working days for delivery depending on your location and seasonality.

Weekends do not count as transit days. 

By providing us with your email/mobile phone number - we are able to send you your tracking update so you can trace your freight every step of the way until it's delivered. You'll receive you own connote number which can be used to tracked via the link provided to you.

30 DAY RETURNS POLICY:

You may return any product you have purchased to us (buyers postage expense, non-refundable), that is not faulty, in its original condition (unused) within 30 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund

What is the procedure to arrange my return?
As Madd Gear offers a growing range of product, often the return procedure is not a one size fits all. It is important to get in touch with us first so we can instruct you on how best to handle the return or exchange.

Madd Gear will not be held liable for any returns done without the proper authorisation. Any product that has been altered, modified or damaged in any way will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or return.

I have authorisation, what's next?
You will be required to return the product to us at your cost.
All products must be in their original undamaged packaging and unused to be eligible for a refund.
Madd Gear will not be liable for any product lost or damaged during the return process.

When will I get my refund or exchange?
Once we receive your return we will contact you within 5 working days and arrange the applicable refund or exchange. The refund, less the original courier cost, will be processed back onto the original card used for payment.

All returned products must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund (excluding the return shipping).

Products that are damaged, worn, have been built, or show signs of use and/or installation (parts), will be deemed as being returned in an unsalable state and your return will not be accepted. If you would like the product returned to you, you will be required to pay for the return shipping.
