Here are some helpful answers to our most frequently asked questions

 

We offer free freight for orders over $100, to the following METRO areas:

                 Brisbane  |  Sydney  |  Melbourne  |  Adelaide  |  Perth

For orders under $100, and for customers living outside of the above metro areas (eg: NT, TAS, Vic Regional, SA Regional, and WA Regional customers), there is a flat freight rate charge of $20

Before check out, a freight rate will display based on your postcode. This will be added to your order total.

Depending on your location, goods usually take between 2-7days.

Please note that seasonality and peak holiday times can impact this. 

We use StarTrack and AUS Post – please include your email and mobile details at checkout so you can receive tracking updates.  

No we don't sorry. Instead, please provide a full address at checkout.

Ticking the box for "authority to leave" the goods requires a safe place to do so. If not, the goods won't be delivered and a card will be left explaining where to pick them up from.

Examples of properties that may not have a good place to leave the parcel include addresses with high foot traffic, apartments that aren’t accessible and locations with pets or no protection from the weather.

If your parcel is not collected from the carriers depot by their recommended timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us.  If redelivery of goods is requested a redelivery fee will be charged.

Your scooter will come adequately packed for transit and in its very own labelled box.

In a warranty related situation your first point of contact should be the place of purchase. The store can pass on the details of the claim to us and we can advise of a suitable solution.
